Grout Pen Brown Tile Paint Marker: Waterproof Grout Paint, Tile Grout Colorant and Sealer Pen - Brown, Wide 15mm Tip (20mL)

I bought the Large Brown Grout Pen. I was very pleased. It came promptly and there wasn't any leakage. I have large grout at my entry way and this size of pen work good. The brown has a reddish under tones which work great for me. I cleaned and wiped dry the tile and grout. I started in the far corner and worked my way backwards toward my hall. I wiped the marker left to right and then quickly went right to left to coat all the grout. I used my bare finger ( gloves were too awkward) to push the color in the grout, especially in the corners. I used dry paper towels to quickly wipe excess off the tiles. I used the damp cloth right after that. You have a few minutes to wipe up excess - not long. I waited about 24 hours to put a sealer over the tiles and grout. it's been over 48 hours and I Love the color and the improved grout. Clean up was easy. I threw the damp cloth away. I only washed my hands one time thoroughly and my hands came clean. I plan and getting the Dark Grey to do my bathroom. I would buy this product again. If I have any problems, I'll try and update. Update 6/23/2019 I'm very pleased in the way the grout looks today. I don't think it's faded or changed colors. I recommend this product and would buy it again.

Wear gloves:). Use cardboard or a piece of plastic to hold vertically to block staining near the baseboard. The package came opened and the nib continually fell off. May have been a return and they put on a new nib? I bought the wider one - as grout is at least 1/4 inch. May have been better with the narrow pen, as I was wiping the tiles with a wet paper towel to get the stain off the tiles a lot.

I looked at this product, read all the reviews, watched YouTube videos and read the instructions a million times. My grout was from 1986...when the house was built. It was dingy and had discoloring from years of use. We are selling soon and didn't want to redo the floor since all the tiles were in perfect shape. I used the dark grey, wide tip version but could have used the smaller tip. Either way, I did a small area at a time and carefully cleaned the edge of the tiles as I went. It looks beautiful. I hope it lasts. Bathroom is about 9x12 and had a ton left over so again, could have used the smaller pen.

If I'd known it was going to be this easy, I'd have done this year's ago! I used a mechanics stool on wheels and the job went so fast I couldn't believe it! It looks like a brand new floor! AMAZING! If you're painting with the larger pen, just remember to get both sizes, I needed the small one where the grout goes up to the baseboard.

The tip of the pen was too large and the paint flowed to fast.. It was hard to keep off the tile and on the grout.

I read the reviews on this pen before ordering and I also looked at another brand of grout pen before ordering this one. I have 1/4 inch grout in a bathroom, which is a pretty thick grout line. I ordered the white pen because of the thick grout and it was a perfect choice! In my photo, you can see most of the bathroom. Around the corner to the left is a closet and small toilet area which has less tile than what is seen in the photo. I ordered two wide grout pens and I still have some paint left in the second pan for touchups if necessary. I hope that gives you an idea of how much grout you can paint with two wide, grout pens. I completely recommend this product! It is a very, easy and affordable solution to changing the color of your grout! I really love the way it turned out.

Junk! Washes off without a problem after 2 days! It is outrageous that these are sold knowing how much labot goes into this work and how fast this will come off and look awful! Colors do not look as pictured, either. On the bright side- you will have to clean the grout really well twice- before and after putting this junk down! It will be really clean and good looking, you came seal it and enjoy the look!

Finde es gut, daß es auch einmal eine andere Farbe gibt. Ansich ist die Ware wirklich gut, leider nichts für einen dunkelbraunen Boden oder es ist halt Geschmackssache.

I bought two of these. The colours I bought were what I expected and the pens are great - easy to use and apply smoothly. Great idea!
