Raspberry Funkin Juices 1 Kg

I love this juice - its 100% natural and no added nasties. I have chronic Lyme disease so often need to detox to help with herx reaction and toxic load and lemon in hot water is a great way to do this. However the packet suggests that it should be used within one week of being opened. So to make it last longer, I pour about 1-2 TBSP of the juice into silicon muffin moulds then freeze them. Once the liquid has hardened, I pop the 'cube' from the mould and keep them in a large freezer bag (which i keep in the freezer). When I want a drink I just fetch out a 'cube' of lemon, add it into a mug and pour over hot water. Its also a great way to store the lemon for cooking - when you need lemon for a recipe you can add it to hot dishes, or for cold dishes either leave in a small dish to melt or zap in the microwave for a few seconds. The ONLY downside to this product is the price - Its cheaper to go direct to the seller/ brand and purchase directly from them. Even with P&P it works out cheaper.

Bit pricey from here but you tale the hit for convenience so cant really complain! Product itself is excellent, have purchased many times for use in cocktails. Lovely quality and an absolute necessity in a whiskey sour or french 75. Don't mess about with lemon juice concentrate, it will wreck your drinks :). Other juices and purees from this brand are also excellent quality.

Lemon juice itself is fine. The packaging was split on arrival. Lost some juice inside the box too. Shame as I have no idea how long this has been damaged and as such the shelf life could have been up a while ago.

I normally buy the other variety in the yellow plastic bottles which is great value, but it is nowhere near the quality of this lemon juice, it is so fresh, clean, and natural, its delicious, only trouble is I have used up a third of the pack in two days so it is between value and taste, take your pick.

I didn't find it tasted anything like freshly squeezed lemons. Only tried it because of lockdown and not being able to buy the real thing. Wouldn't do so again. Threw it away.

Great for cocktail recipes, or general cooking. Have to freeze if you don't use it within 10 days. However, this product is the closest you can get without standing there for an hour squeezing lemons.

Real lemon and nothing else. Brilliant. Lasted me longer than the 8 days stated - stored at the bottom of my fridge. Used in everything - for lemonade for the boys, in warm water as a detox drink for me, and in cooking.

Love this product but not the container especially if you only want two tablespoons! Probably best to decant it. The taste is absolutely amazing.
