Best invention if you always forget your readers, but always have your phone - which we all do!
I got tired of trying to read a menu and realizing I had to run to the car to get my readers. I have another pair of Thin Optics, which fold flat and are great, but these are so convenient, and always with you - assuming your phone is always with you. They sit perfectly on the nose, and you can’t even feel that they are there. Also great for reading in bed if you happen to lay on your side so your partner doesn’t get disturbed by the blue light from your phone. Great product and value for the money. Highly recommend!

Great product
These readers are so practical and effective. They are so slim that I carry them in my phone case. Great product.

A category of its own
This is a must for any shortsighted person. Best option, to stick it to the back of your phone. There's an option for keychain too. Just buy a pair and try. There are times in which you need to read very small print and your regular glasses are not enough, or times in which you don't want to carry your glasses on but you need to see something for a couple of minutes (like signing a purchase or similar). You will love them

Highly recommended cheap, convenient, disposable glasses. Questionable customer support.
I've had these glasses before, liked them, and just purchased a new set to attach to my new cell phone. They allow me to have reading glasses wherever I am without the bother of carrying normal glasses around. Very handy for reading menus or product labels while shopping. They wear out easily. The bridge broke on my first pair, the nose pieces broke on my second pair, just through normal use. Fortunately they are cheap to replace. The instructions say to go to their site and register for "free replacement glasses ... forever. (*$5 shipping and handling fee applies)." It also says "takes just ten seconds to complete." Unfortunately, once at the site, it just says "In order to register your product and activate your Free Lifetime Warranty please contact customer care at [email protected]. Proof of purchase required." So I emailed support and got an auto-response saying that "due the high volume of calls and emails we’re currently experiencing, a Customer Care person will get back to you to handle your email/request within 5-7 days business days." Hardly ten seconds. (Note to thinOPTICS and every other company experiencing high volumes of support requests - hire more support staff!) So buy these expecting cheap, convenient, disposable glasses with very questionable customer support.

Glasses fell out of case
Great concept and glasses work fine, but after 5 weeks the glasses fell out of case attached to phone without being noticed and got lost. We had the clear pair

Even More Useful Than You Might Think
This review is relates back to my first pair of ThinOptics. They are utterly fantastic! Years ago I wore glasses. Then I opted for laser surgery and needed no glasses for years. Well, time marches on and now I need readers. I've bought lots of them and stashed them in different places to read, to use with my computer, to use with my cell phone, in the car, by my bed etc., etc., etc.. But no matter where I stashed them, I would end up taking them somewhere else and was inevitably hunting for readers. Worst of all, whenever I went out, it was impossible to read restaurant menus or read a receipt to calculate a tip without a pair of readers and the closest pair required a trip back out to my car. Then I happened on a rack displaying ThinOptics in the checkout line at a department store. It said I could store a pair of readers on the back of my phone. So, I bought them as an impulse purchase thinking that even if they were no good, didn't really work, or simply fell apart, they weren't very expensive to begin with and, if they actually did work, ...! In reality they exceeded my every expectation. So much so that I wrote this review (I'm not normally a review writer). I had to get over my initial self-consciousness of putting on these pince-nez style glasses (probably looks a tad geeky), but my self-consciousness passed quickly. I was now always able to read no matter where I was because I nearly always have my phone with me so I nearly always now have reading glasses. The only problem I had with them is that they tended to slide out of the case -- easily fixed with a small piece of scotch tape. After more than a year of hard use, they did finally break on me (the bridge separated), so I ordered just not one pair from Amazon, but two -- out of fear that, if the company ever went out of business, I might never get another pair. Then I noticed they had a lifetime warranty. So, after buying two more pair, I submitted an online warranty claim for my first pair and, no sweat, a replacement pair is on the way. Simple as could be. Don't hesitate to get yourself a pair. You won't regret it.
