Are there replacement batteries? After investing in it, batterie wares out, is there a replacement battery you can buy? If so how do you replace it?

Not that I'm aware of. I don't see a battery port. Rechargeable, yes.

What kind of stand would I have to buy to make it stationary for still video?

The Boling BL-P1 mounts to any stand or stand adapter that offers a 1/4-20 male thread, the same as that which is used for mounting a camera to a tripod. The possibilities are seemingly endless.

This is a very nice light. Can someone suggest a mini softbox that could attach to it? Just to be able to spread and diffuse the light a bit more.

I would suggest just bouncing it off of a white reflectora

Anybody use this for 'Zooming' at night? If so, how is the light quality?

The light quality is outstanding and I use it as a fill for photo and video. This panel like most this size don't zoom, but I've used a snoot to control the light.
