So i just put new led on my 97 ford f150 and Ive already purchased 2 of these and replaced my signal switch with a new one. But relay keeps ticking?

LEDs draw much less power. The reason it ticks is the flasher uses the voltage to trip and then reset. With the little power draw from your LED bulbs, it reacts like a bulb is out. There should be a specific led signal flasher you can find that works with LEDs.
