I purchased it for my mother. Helps her sleep better. Overall a good product.

One of the best Magnesium Glicinate available in the market with almost no extra fillers in the capsule. I take regularly 120mg one capsule and on some days two before sleep. Never had any stomach problems or side effects. Only issue is it's expensive. I brought it for 5500 Rs. Now I checked it's above 9000.

It definitely helps sleep better, provided it is taken 2 he's before sleep, meals are also taken 2 hrs before dinner time (so that meal digestion does not interfere with sleep cycle) and some exercise is done including brisk walking. Sleep is definitely and comparably undisturbed. But if you dint get 8 hours of sleep, there is drowsiness and mild headache next day. So if you have a proper plan to sleep 8 hours, definitely have this.

Edited after 3 months of usage - was not swing any benifits in sleep. Opened the capsule to taste the originality it was full of fishy foul smell. Don’t know whether it’s because of contamination or expired capsules (comes from USA to India). I am definitely not buying it again.

This product was opened when received . This was not expected . Also there is no return policy for this product . It’s a costly product

Great quality product! I love this magnesium. The capsules are easy to swallow and gentle on my stomach. It helps me relax and sleep better at night. I will buy again and very recommended

Me ha gustado mucho este suplemento. Me ha ayudado a dormir mejor, además de que siento que mi flora intestinal sufre menos con algunos otros suplementos que tomo, tal como algunas proteínas en polvo. En general, para mí es muy buen producto. Lo recomiendo ampliamente, 👍🏼.

Buena opción

Lo tomo desde hace un mes y me siento bastante bien. Me concentro mejor, duermo bien y despierto descansando. No tiene efectos desagradables en la panza como otras presentaciones de magnesio. Es caro y tardó una semana en llegar a Mexico pero hasta ahora ha valido la pena.
