Amazing book for kids
I think this was a best gift for my son. His teacher gave an assignment to read 1 story everyday. So he wanted a chapter book. This one is perfect. It has chapters, plus pictures as well. He is reading it every night before going to bed. I believe it will teach him moral values and belief in god.

Avoid this book
This is a very poorly translated version. I am really disappointed with this book and consider it a waste of my time and money.

Maybe for older children
Just read this book to my 4 year old child. The words in this book have to be changed when read to a younger child. The amount of the word "kill" in this book is absurd. Also being 4 he is extremely impressionable. He loved the story of Krishna and I will read again but this can't be great for developing consciousness. Had to read the page above by covering up the picture.

For children? Really?
Bought this book with the intention of reading it for my 3 yr old thinking it to be appropriate for children. This image is far from being appropriate for CHILDREN! The author and publisher need to seriously re evaluate this image!

STOP Selling this book. all mis leading facts
Not good book, this book is title Bhagavad Gita but written stories of Krishna as if thisis Bhagavatam. In the descrions of the bok it says "contains seven hundred verses. They were uttered by the Supreme Lord Himself at the start of Mahabharata War" but not even one verse is in this book. Stop fooling people and misleading children. Lot of mis leading story events. You should stop publising and selleing this book.

Will not recommend this book! Same with their Mahabharata and Ramayana
Viswaroopam’s illustration does not have the right devatas! If you are not aware of our history and their depictions please get them right before publishing a book! Ramayana is one of the important Itihasa puranas and its characters need to be depicted thr right way. 1. Mata Sita does not have a bindi! #NoBindiNoBusiness! 2. Sri Rama or Sri Lakshmana do not have a tilak/namam! And the illustrations are so inconsistent in every page. Especially when this book is meant for children, it is unacceptable to have erroneous illustrations or content about Bharatiya history!

livraison payante !

The manual for humanity
Its good to start early when we want our children to be righteous, virtuous and honest. The book has beautiful illustrations and wonderfully written for children to understand easily. Although the Bhagavad Geeta is not so easy to grasp even for adults and elderly...it takes a lifetime to understand all of the knowledge. In the world of selfish motives and adharma, the Bhagavad Geeta is a shining luminous light.

Not suitable for kids! Misleading!
This has to be the most overrated and under researched kids book I have ever invested in. First of all the title is misleading as the first half of the book is all about random stories about krishna child hood! It is only after page 92 the bhagwat geeta starts! Sudha Gupta has made the story line obnoxiously complicated - I have numerous examples : Dhrishtrashtra was born blind, and Vidura was born to a maid !? Like seriously- try explaining that to a 5/6 year old. In another example; Page 28: “Putana furtively tried to breast feed him(Krishna)” - is this where your creativity ends ? I am aghast at the very nature in which the book has been written ! This is not recommended for kids atleast under the age of 10. We need a reviewer committee to look into the same! Very disappointed and expected a better work from the writer.
