What are the dimensions of the actual speaker (not the base)?

The speakers are 41 1/4" Height, 4 1/4" Width, 7 1/4" Depth. Base only adds about 1/2" to the height.

Do speaker wires come with this to connect them to your receiver or do you need to purchase the speaker wire separately?

Any in-package wire is very likely junk. Do yourself a favor and buy at least some mid-level speaker wire. 16 or 14 gauge should be fine for these.

Has anybody tried these on carpet? Do they stand firm or do they wobble?

I bought two of them and I have them on carpet. It doesn't wobble, tilt, or anything. Stands firm and is one of the best speakers I have bought. I highly recommend these.
