Excellent for those with poor posture it will hold you up but depending on your age dont have this on too tight ,im 80 years old and it pulled a muscle in my shoulder probabley my fault but i did have it on fairly tight. overall this product does help with back pain and and im very pleased with it but have had to leave it off for a while for my back to heal but i will be wearing it again soon . Its a good product with the benefit of helping your posture and back pain at least i found it helpful .

Wow! this tiny thing work wonders. I'm size M and my chest circumference is 36in, it's just a perfect size for me. Great product!

Bought this for my wife, who after many years sat at a desk is struggling with her posture...useless. You just can't get it tight enough to have any effect. Ended up returning.

I understand that people's backs are different and for someone like me that slouches this is a very weak, ineffectively designed product to really help. If i imagine a scale of 0-10 with 10 being seriously help, I would say this is a 3. It mostly helps with reminding me not to slouch because I feel it when I move and when I type on my laptop. It now makes sense why it's only 10pounds. It seems like the other one that grips part of the waist too could be more of help but I haven't tried it and i am not going to for the near future. I will stick with this one because it's better than nothing but I would suggest to go for the more expensive ones if you really need immediate help.

Fits well and does help with my posture, the quality is good and priced reasonably.

Comfortable and don't even know you've got it on after wearing it for a few times.
