As far as quality, they appear to be OK. I purchased them for a charity so didn't use them myself. They do seem to be smaller than I expected.

These are perfect for the price you pay. We are constantly loosing socks around the house these are great for my son and I do love that it comes with three different colors. They run just right. So, if you are looking for something a little loose fitting size up. My son is 8 wearing a size 3 (wider foot) and the socks fit him just under his ankle. Perfect for a no show look.
