Yes they are natural, it clearly shows the 4 ingredients that formulate this capsule, (the 3 ingredients and the 4th being the capsule) they are handy if you do eat a balanced healthy diet, but if you are not eating a diet and enough calories and protein to achieve weight gain then these will not “naturally” put weight on for you. If you are truly serious about weight gain, you would make other changes to your lifestyle and taking there could be one of them but if you take these and still smoke for example then these aren’t for you as you are not taking weight gain seriously. Furthermore you can get powered forms off all 3 of these ingredients, this product has just put these 3 together in a capsule for convenience. If you are unsure look up the good and bad of all 3 ingredients as creatine makes me drink more water, l glutamine is great to support my milk intake through my whey protein supplements and the final ingredient is an essential amino acid you can also get from food. Which ultimately is what you need to eat more of to gain weight. This does help contribute with it being a little small thing you can swallow with your protein shake ✌️

hi do not take any weight gainers no matter what size weight you maybe, they do nothing but add unwanted fat and are not necessary. increase your protein intake a little and add couple glasses of milk to your diet each day  maybe at each mll total 4x daily and eat steak 2-3 x wk for a month this is by far better way to gain quality weight in form of muscle.hope that helps, there is no magic pill for anything.!!
