What is the difference between MRM Veggie Elite and regular MRM Veggie

The elite version contains 24 grams of protien vs 22 per revving in the regular. Elite also has higher levels of amino acids, as well as a digestive aid to help one assimilate and absorb the protien more thoroughly. The regular formula is higher in fiber and has omega 3-6-9's not found in the elite.
