I have repurchased this Bulletproof MCT oil many times because I won’t start my day without it! I take 2 tsp (max dosage is 1TBSP) in my morning coffee and it helps me feel more focused and energized than just plain coffee. I don’t take Bulletproof MCT oil just for keto effects, but I also notice a positive effect on my brain! I can always tell when I’ve had coffee without it! There’s really no smell or taste and using a small whisk it blends well into my coffee. I’ve also used it in protein shakes and I like it that way too. I’ve had no stomach upset or issues. I think you need to figure out the dose that works best for you and gradually increase as tolerated. It’s very easy to use, super high quality and a great value for the price! I always buy the largest bottle as it is the most cost-effective. The expiration date is about 3 years out so this product stays fresh a long time. I also like that it’s got a safety seal. Overall it’s my favorite MCT oil and I would recommend.

I purchased this item based on independent 3rd party testing and review. It was the top pick for C8 only MCT oil. Supplement itself is great and would have been 5 stars based on that alone. But, there were issues with the bottle design. It was a great design concept. Don't know if the issue is a design flaw or a manufacturing problem. The pouring spout is great and prevents drips and oil on the spout is able to drain back into the bottle. Easy to fill a teaspoon or tablespoon. But, take off the cap and the top of the bottle has a flat ridge at the top that was sealed. The surface for the seal sticks past the side of the bottle and causes the bottle to leak from under the cap. If they fix that, it would be 5 stars for sure.
