Outstanding customer service
The company purchased from is outstanding. Printer packed perfectly, and printer looked brand new. I had to call them as I was confused on downloading software/drivers from HP site and rep (Jared) was amazing and got me fixed up. I was hesitant about purchasing a reconditioned printer but so far so good. I would not hesitate to purchase from these folks again.

BEST INEXPENSIVE & SIMPLE PRINTER
I like this particular printer because it and the toner cartridges are inexpensive without all the bells and whistles the newer printers have. I didn't need Alexa to operate was a plus.

I've owned this printer for about 15 years now.
I bought both a HP 1018 and 1020 back around 2009. I was selling one eBay and printing a like 20-30 invoices + 20-30 label every day. Got tired of messing with Ink Jets that need to dry and I was trying to fill them myself to save money. Which was a messy process. Finally in July 2024 I replaced the rollers on my 1018 I my parents still have and use the 1020. Only maintenance I have ever had to do. I continue to sell on eBay probably order a toner once maybe twice a year depending on how into I am as it is more of a hobby now. Lots of people love their thermal printers which have their place but I often am selling low end items that ship in a #10 envelope plus I need and invoice printed out so I can use painters tape to tape the item to it so it doesn't move. The hardest thing about these printers is figuring out how to install the drivers so they work on a newer Windows or Mac machine.
