Easy to use spray, quite a fine mist so don’t need to apply too much. Quite an overpowering scent so better to spray standing outdoors or somewhere well ventilated. Appears to work as have stopped being bitten during the night.

We travel a lot to weird places and always use this. It seems to work well.

I thought the spray-on format would be a good idea but not so much with such a caustic product. Obviously, it's deet and it repels insects so it's going to be caustic, but when you spray it rather than smooth it (even if you spray it into a cupped hand first) you end up breathing it in which is unpleasant, and to reach your legs you lean through the mist in the air and I found tiny amounts must have ended up on my face, resulting in very dry flaky skin, especially around my eyes. In terms of repelling insects - so far so good. I wear it on my legs when I wear shorts dog walking in the countryside. You have to replace it more like every 4 hours than every 16, But so far no bites. My legs end up quite dry but I'm using it every day so perhaps that's par for the course. I'll likely just buy a different format of the same product :)
