I bought these a while back and only started taking them regularly recently. My joints had been aching for the last 10 years when I did bench press and squats and also some other exercises until I warmed up. I took these for a month and then started bench pressing again and was surprised and noticed while doing the first set that I had no joint pain. I have lifted over the last few weeks and noticed that the pain has not returned and also that I have been sleeping better - I guess its the magnesium. I take two a day and so far this has been a great supplement. Not sure if everyone will have the same results but so far they worked for relieving aching joints for me.

The Spectrum Mineral Caps are quite good! They are easy to swallow, making them a convenient addition to my daily routine. While I haven’t noticed immediate effects, I understand that the benefits of mineral supplements can take some time to show. They seem to be a solid choice for maintaining mineral balance, and I’m looking forward to seeing the long-term results.

I like Now Supplements because they are third party tested and also donate to various charities. This supplement comes with 120 capsules so lasts 2 months which is nice. I cannot say how they affect me but I do know with my eating habits that I did not get all of the minerals I need, so I am happy I bought them.

Its hard to find a full spectrum of minerals, and these work well. I have been using them for years. Fair price on Amazon, with fast shipping.

These seem to be a good quality. I don’t know what to say about them… they’re bigger than I had hoped, but if they really have what they say they have, they were not expensive.
