Nature Made Vitamin B12 3000 mcg Fast Dissolve Tablets, 40 Tablets

While I am in no way against the use of prescription medication to manage depression and anxiety I decided five years ago to stop my entourage of medication and try to do things through supplements and a lot of self work. Which I would not recommend for everyone! It is after all, a lot about your body’s chemistry partly (or some cases, entirely). I did my research to try to find a B12 supplement that was good for the pocketbook as well as good in terms of not having a bunch of extra fillers and unnecessary chemicals in my body. This one seems to do the trick and I’ve been using it for several years. I can’t claim that this alone has done anything miraculously to help, but I can say that it has contributed to my overall success and I will continue to use it.

I received these Nature Made Vitamin B12 1000 mcg Time Release Tablets, 160 Tablets | B12 Vitamins recently. This was a rebuy of a winner. My wife takes these every day. She likes them a lot. She takes them every morning with the rest of her pills. Once per day. It was suggested by her doctor that she take a supplement. However this is not covered by insurance so I purchased on Amazon. I believe I received high quality and a good price.

Great size pill, doesn't taste too bad, I am so glad it doesn't smell and it is easy to swallow. What more could you ask for?

If you get tired early in the day, you probably need B12. Bought these for me and my hubby and we take them daily now, and definitely notice a difference in energy when we don’t take them. Easy to swallow and small rectangular shape. Don’t taste bad either
