Loved the light! Easy to use, very bright, lightweight! This is the best 18 inch professional ring light for the best price that you can get! And my experience with the seller ENVIE AND DIGITEK, from whom I bought this, was too good. There was not a single attachment that was missing, including the small connector screw, Unlike other sellers of this light. (One of the Very basic and Invaluable attachments of this light is a small connector screw which is used to attach the phone holder with the centre of the ring light was missing when I ordered the same light from other sellers before, therefore had to return it). But the seller ENVIE AND DIGITEK’s customer dealing and service was excellent, And I did not experience any hassle with this seller. So I would suggest you place an order of the this light with the seller ENVIE and DIGITEK only, in order to ensure best Product and Delivery experience. 🤗 The First video I uploaded is of the ring light from another seller that had the screw missing. The Second pic is of the same ring light which I ordered from the seller ENVIE and DIGITEK that had all the parts included.

Good light for video

I purchased this ring light based on positive reviews and was initially expecting a good experience. However, my experience has been disappointing. The first unit I received appeared new and undamaged externally, but it did not power on at all during first use. so I returned it and received a refund. I then placed a second order, but unfortunately, 2nd time the unit is also faulty. It turns on intermittently, flickers, and does not function reliably. Additionally, this time the package was incomplete... the phone holder/mount was missing and the box appeared to have been opened previously. Receiving defective products twice in a row raises serious concerns about quality control and packaging standards. I strongly recommend that the seller ensure proper product inspection before dispatch. While some customers may have had a satisfactory experience, but mine has been consistently poor across two separate purchases.

The ring light works well and delivers consistent brightness with good control over color temperature and intensity. It is suitable for content creation, video calls, and photography, and overall performance meets expectations. However, the carry bag quality is quite poor. The zip failed very quickly, which is disappointing for a product meant to be portable. The bag does not match the quality of the light itself. Overall, the ring light is good, but the accessories, especially the bag, need improvement.

This 5 start is specifically for the Service and Customer support team of DIGITEK. The product was received on time but when we opened the packet the light was not turning ON. We requested a replacement but it was not applicable for this item. Hence we initiated service call on DIGITEK mail id and got instant response from the team. We sent them the item to their Delhi address (yes, we paid for the courier) and they do the repair work and send back the light (yes, they paid the courier charges). The whole process was done so fast and they ware so responsive on mail. At the end, the light is working and we are happy with the DIGITEK.
