Is Dead Sexy have a smoky smell like a campfire smell or just a pleasant vanilla woodsy smell?

Definetly not campfire smokey smell, very organic earthy smell, not strong vanilla. I don't like traditional perfumes, this is one of my favorite scents, read about it from an Angelina Jolie article as one of her favorites.

How strong is the coconut scent?

Not strong. It is a sweet smell, and quite delicious. I ALSO like Honey and the Moon

why are there two different labels? one has type and 06 and this has a pirate skull. are they the same thing or is one a clone?

Hi! Tokyo Milk has started to take away the numbers on their scents, but '06' is the same as 'Dead Sexy' the pirate skull one. :)

In my opinion yes, but probably not as a stand-alone. I love to buy my husband men's cologne so I would say this as a spray-on then use something a little more musky with amber, sandalwood or understated patchouli would be really nice with this. Honey to the Moon smells like Honey and a little sweet. I love the scent and pair it with vanilla and get so many compliments. If you are willing to try...I would think it would work nice as a unisex scent. J

I haven't worn this perfume since 2007, but its just the way I remember it. Such a unique and distinct scent! I am so glad to come back to it all these years later. I think you can smell the alcohol in this bottle a bit more than I remember, but overall the scent seems to have remained unchanged! I will definitely continue to purchase.

Doesn’t really last.

I love this fragrance, a little bit masculine and starts out very strong. Within minutes it fades away. The price is right and I don’t think that’s why it doesn’t last. It seems most perfumes don’t these days.
