Good priced projector screen.
The screen comes fully assembled in a long 8 ft box. I was surprised but also realized that made sense. The housing of the projector screen is durable. The mechanisms to secure it to the wall or ceiling are sound. No structural faults noticeable and does not appear that there will be a failure in them to worry about over time. The screen material is not as soft as stretched projection screen. This material has a stiff paper feel. Also seems more of a matte finish than stretched projection screen I've seen on the yard master model. However the material seems suitable for the function of remaining stiff and crisp when pulled down for viewing. I would handle with care as this material could be permanently creased if handled carelessly or mishandled.I have my screen mounted to the wall and there is slight breathing room behind the screen pulled down so that low profile objects could protrude and not interfere with the operation of this screen. There is probably a 1-2 inch buffer between the screen pulled down and the space between it and the wall. The screen pulls up and down securely. Quiet operation. Smooth tension. Does not feel cheap. The projected image looks good on the screen. Dimensions are correct and there are no anomalies in this projection screen that would hinder its operation and usage. Good product.

Fantastic screen at a great price!
The media could not be loaded. I bought a sub $100 projector for my backyard pavilion so that we could have movie nights or to watch sports without spending a lot of money.Well the projector was better than I was expecting, but it came with a "screen" that was more like a bed sheet! It was really bad and had tons of wrinkles! So, since I didn't spend a lot on the projector I didn't want to go too crazy on the screen.Well there are a lot of them to choose from! Most of which are some Chinese knock offs that get mixed reviews. When I saw this one from Elite screens, which is very well known for their excellent screens, I was kind of shocked to see this one priced so low!Of course I pulled the trigger and bought it.All I can say is "WOW"! What a difference it made! My cheap projector's picture looks like I spent 4X as much as I did! Really, really good!I also like how the screen slowly retracts when you are finished using it!One thing I was concerned about was damage from shipping, which I have read could be an issue.Thankfully this one arrived in perfect condition!I have to give this Elite retractable screen a big 5 stars!

Easy install and great quality
Works as expected. Picture is much better than the standard screen that came with my projector. Pull down when you want to use it & roll it up when you don't. Rather slim so it doesn't look bad at all being in place all year.

Perfect Mobile Screen for the Backyard
I recently did an AV upgrade at my house that included adding a projector to Zone 2 (my backyard). I got this screen to mount on my back porch. At first, I chose it because it was fairly cheap and fit the dimensions I needed. After looking around some more, I realized there aren't a whole lot of options for manual pull-down screens on the market. That being said, Elite Screens offers a number of options that go up in features, quality, and price accordingly. My first impressions of this screen were not great. Carrying it in the box you could hear the springs bouncing around. I worried I would have trouble like some other reviewers did with it not "sticking" when pulled down. These worries were unfounded because mine was fine. I then remembered that I paid less than $80 for this screen and it sure looks a lot better than a white sheet pinned up to the columns.I decided to use eye hooks screwed into the ceiling with S hooks to connect to the screen. This worked great and now I can remove the screen when not in use. With the humidity and weather swings we have, this is almost necessary. Hanging it went smoothly. When I pulled it down for the first time, I had those same feelings that this is not a top-quality product, but once it was down, those feelings changed. I noticed the edged curved in a bit, but I didn't see the wrinkles others saw at the bottom. The curved edges were not noticeable when an image was projected on the screen. I like the black borders on the sides. I was expecting the same borders on the top and bottom, but they weren't there. At first, this bothered me, but again, when an image was projected on it, it looked great!Man, this thing looks great. I'm using a BenQ MW665 projector running all my sources from a Denon AVR X4000 (Zone 2) through a Belkin ScreenCast AV4 wireless HDMI Splitter. That allows me to project Blu-Ray, Cable, Chromecast, AppleTV, etc. without running an HDMI outside.I have cedar beams in my den, so I'm thinking about putting the same eye hooks and S hooks on them so I can mount the screen inside over my TV.If you're worried about the quality of this screen, remember 2 things: 1.) This is a $75 dollar screen and 2.) If you're careful and don't yank it around a lot, it will last a long time.

Perfect
Exceeded expectations. Makes the picture look so much better with a decent projector. Recommend buying the wall/ceiling mount made by Elite Screens as well, makes setup really easy. I recommend buying your own anchors though (I used toggle anchors in drywall).
