Sleep supplement
This definitely helps me to sleep well at night. I have to also say, I do not use this alone. I take several different supplements plus a CBN gummie.

First supplement to actually work!
These smell bad but it's worth the smell because they actually work. I've tried every supplement out there and although I don't sleep through the night I do get some solid hours of sleep when I take 2 of these about an hour before bed.

Everything Needed For A Great Night's Sleep!
They work! I take just one prior to bedtime (about an hour before turning in). They do have a slight smell of the Valerian Root. But it's not overbearing. There's no after taste. No burp. And the pills are easy to swallow. I wouldn't be caught without these.

Great night sleep
These are amazing. My local whole foods store recommended them but they never have them in stock so I started ordering them on Amazon. I don't feel groggy in the morning. It helps my mind stop racing so I can sleep and if I wake up in the middle of the night, because of the dogs or to use the restroom, I can fall back to sleep. I started taking the after my sister passed away and I just couldn't sleep. I didn't want to take pills for any of it. I told the folks at the local store what was going on and why I couldn't sleep and they immediately recommended this product. I don't take it every night. Just when I know I'm going to struggle at night.

Effective beyond belief
Okay they smell odd, but zero taste. Just take them. Sleeping better than I have in months. All night. Unbelievable. Now on my high priority list.

Used Sleep for over three years
I have used Sleep for over three years, not every night but when I have the days coversations and events going round and around and around in my head preventing me from getting asleep and staying asleep I am grateful I can take one. Some nights nothing helps, not Tynol, not Sleep not practicing relaxation technics. On those nights I just let my body try to resolve the problem and I remain relaxed and patient, eventually I go to sleep. They do solidify in storage but I add the moisture packet from other supplements hoping there will be help from them to prolong the life of the capsules. I don't feel drugged in the morning and I don't feel any addiction. I am grateful for this product.
