Do they come with original touchwiz android software pre installed? is it a model sm-t700?

It has TouchWiz pre-installed. Mine has SM-T700 still running fine but it's going to be outdated very soon. This model is a 2014 but getting ages. Depending upon to you.

Android 5.0 not sure if that is kitkat or not

Are the screens scratched?

No. The screens are perfectly alright. But I recommend you buying a screen protector sonce it seems to collect a lot of fingerprints.
