Speedy delivery and delicious recipes!
I love all of Maggie Moon's books...they are all so well-researched, yet easy to understand. In this book, I especially love the 'Four-Week Jump-Start Telomere Health Plan' (Ch 4) because it helps put the science into an actionable plan that I can start following right away.And the recipes are amazing! Some of my favorites so far are the Watermelon Salad and Roasted Carrot Sandwich...so yummy! Overall, I'm so happy with my purchase and would highly recommend.

Great book to help stop aging with food!
As a registered dietitian nutritionist, I appreciate Maggie Moon's latest science-backed book to help proactively stop aging with food. The recipes are delicious and the information is easy to understand and incorporate on a daily basis. A book I highly recommend to my clients and friends!

A Great Resource On Healthy Aging with a Food Based Approach
As a registered dietitian nutritionist, I was so excited to learn about Maggie Moon's latest book and the emphasis on a food forward approach to living a longer, healthier life. Taking a complicated topic and putting it into digestible information, Maggie does a wonderful job communicating the science and how to proactively stop aging with food. Her recipes are delicious and well thought out. A great purchase for friends and family alike!

Explores so many aspects of longevity!
I really enjoyed this book by dietitian Maggie Moon. From her review of telomere science to factors that influence the aging process/telomeres and then some really helpful nutrition information, she explores so many aspects of longevity in an approachable way. Her jumpstart guide is very actionable and the recipes are simple and easy to make. Highly recommend!
