Great system for my restaurant!!! Must buy. Great customer service after 5 month!!!
The media could not be loaded. We use this system over 5 months. No issues, only one code problems, chatting with Jessica, she send me a video with step by step to reset it. This system is great and easy to use, you can’t find any where. It helps us a lot. We loving it, thanks Jessica and her team.

So far, so good.
I thought it was difficult to set but it worked all right when I restarted it. The user’s manual is a bit difficult to comprehend too, but the whole thing came with a thoughtful note from the seller, giving me ways to contact them in case I wanted a video on how to set it up.

poorly designed product
the set up instructions are totally garbage impossible to follow. the product is absolutely not intuitive at all. anyone who can get it working has to be a genius. also, i think if somehow, someone can get it to work, the numbering system is only sequential, meaning it will count up and down. you cannot input an arbitrary 3-digit and expect that to show.

Not working. Setting is complicated
It’s not working. It always show 1 no matter what number we put in the wireless controller. It rings but the number just not changed. Please advise.
