Each shake packs 30 grams of protein in a compact 11-ounce bottle, which is very efficient for days when I don’t have time for a full meal but want something filling. The taste is smooth and creamy without being overly sweet—closer to a lightly flavored vanilla latte than a heavy dessert. I like that it has just 1 gram of sugar and includes 4 grams of fiber, so it doesn’t give me that sugar rush and crash that some other shakes do. The texture is on the thinner side compared to some protein shakes, which actually makes it easier to drink. Loved these protein shakes, I stocked them in my fridge right after I game birth so that it was something easy for me to grab and go. Since I was breast feeding they were perfect for a quick protein supplement. The taste is clean and doesn’t taste like normal shakes with that chalky feel. They helped me maintain my weight while not adding on lbs during breast feeding. I would buy these again good value for what you paid. Better than at the store.

This is my favorite protein drink with 30 grams of protein. It has only 1 gram of sugar, tastes great, and has no aftertaste. Hard to find a 12-pack in stores.
