so far so good!
I was really nervous about this purchase. I got the 16x26 PVC Fire Retardant version. Reading the reviews I knew we had to inventory the parts as soon as we got the boxes and that we would need help putting it up, not a 2 person job per the reviews. SO we inventoried all the parts and EXACTLY all parts were there, no damaged pieces, nothing missing. YAY! The reviews also say the instructions were less than desirable, but we found that they answered all our questions. It may not SAY what to do with the little bungies but the drawing shows them...ect. The two of us middle aged out of shape souls, assembled the roof frame and one wall. Then we had a contractor swing by for another hour to help us get the tarp on the top, lift the frame and install the wall poles and remaining tarps/walls. Now that we have done this I THINK we could have probably done it with just the two of us but it was nice to have the first run through with a couple more young able bodied guys. Everything fit just right, nothing was a pain to deal with, surprisingly it all went very well. Everything looks quality and it was tested for water proofing as soon as we got it up as we experienced almost 2 inches of rain in 24 hours. no droopy spots or leaks. actually its more like a green house in there with everything closed up. The tube frame is sturdy once all the hardware is tightened down. the only complaint I have is the dumb little allen wrench they put in there is soft metal and stripped out right away. Have a good allen wrench set on hand. the little stakes supplied to hold the wall panels down are cheapo...we got some more substantial stakes that have glow in the dark tops. should create a good visual where the edge of the tent is at night. We are using this year round for events of up to 30 people at our farm. Good Job DELTA!UPDATE: within the first week of having the tent up we experienced over 4" of rainfall, several days of 20 mph winds and one day with 50 MPH gusts. Zero issues! This is a great tent for the price. Very happy with our purchase!

Nice tent for the price
We have used this tent 3 times. Marked all the pieces with a paint pen on the first use because the stickers will come off right away. Also made several copies of assembly directions and laminated to put in each bag. Keep the bungee cords and screws in smaller zip bags or plastic containers to keep track of them. Relatively simple to put up but it will take you at least 30 Minutes or more depending on how many people you have helping. Same amount of time to take down. Stayed put during wind gusts (we had staked it down) when other tents blew over and bent/broke. Good quality tent. This particular model with PVC is less noisy than the poly in my opinion. Looks like it is canvas covered with PVC. The poly model is more like what you get with a inexpensive tarp type material. You get what you pay for. Please with it so far.

Nice Tent
This tent is extremely heavy duty, and I mean heavy. It will take 6 people and some extra time to set it up. It comes with a high quality white PVC waterproof top and side panels. There are no issues with the canvas or sides except you might build some muscles setting it up because it is so heavy. The pipe frame is galvanized, but the fittings are painted silver. I must warn you that they come greased up with a rust preventer which must be washed off or you and your new tent will get dirty quick. Dish soap and warm water does work as WPIC has stated. Check all edges on the fittings, some are a little sharp, but a simple filing of the edge alleviates that. All in all, the tent is a good solid tent. It could reach it's luxury status, as advertised, with white powder coated poles and fittings, of course it might cost more, but would have been worth it for me. The anchors (tent stakes) might be OK for a 10' x 10' popup, but for this monster they are not. Get some good 24 inch long screw anchors from the local farm store and some good 1" ratchet type tie-downs and make sure to anchor this down good from a minimum of 6 locations. If you don't, you will soon be buying a new tent. That powder coated frame I talked about above...used to have one. This is the replacement...due to high winds twisting it into a pretzel. All in all, this is a quality tent. Don't like the galvanized look? You can always buy some Rustoleum paint.

Solid tent for a reasonable price.
Very sturdy. Held up well in the rain storm with heavy rain. The tarp is a nice heavy material. With so little reviews, I was a bit skeptical, but instructions were clear, and the build was very easy with 2 people. This was a solid purchase, and would definitely recommend it.

Rain barrel (1 star because I had to)
Do not buy this tent unless you plan on setting it up and taking it down in the same day. Although the description stated this, I was hoping it would stay up for a while. However, after one night of being up when it rained, it came crashing down. The company told me that I had no idea how to setup an event tent and that all tents accumulate water. I find this odd as there are many tents that have the rain run off. NOT THEIR TENTS!! Their tents accumulate water. So no matter how I set it up or what I did, the bottom line on this tent or any of this company's tent is1. Set it up and take it down each time. (Requires 5 people for five hours and then the same to take down.2. Do not have this tent up during a day it might rain.3. Only use this tent if it is sunny and you have a total of five hours before and after the event. If not, this company is not liable for any damage.4. Do not do anything on the inside like fans, because apparently 3lb. fans completely annialate the structure of this tent. Which tells you how well it is built. It is simple, after seeing this happen, I realized that the poles are too long, and the peak poles are weak. Just so everyone knows the peak poles are nothing more than a 3/4" rod that screws up three the center and is suppose to hold up the huge top. The peaks will never be straight and will always, as the company states, accumulate water.Don't have any issues with this product, because they have no issue with calling you an idiot and you don't know how to setup a tent.Don't say I didn't warn you!!
