I had one of these in my 30's but I couldn't find it when I started to get a double chin in my early 60's, so I bought a new one. I couldn't have used it more than 5 times and only did 10 reps each time and my double chin is already gone. Only do it like 5 reps at first because my neck hurt a bit the first day. Oh and I used the easiest spring. Half I used my chin and half were done by opening my mouth. Good luck!

This feels and looks like it is made from the cheapest grade plastic -- like a cheap kids toy. It looks and feels like it could be manufactured for pennies. It squeaks loudly when used and catches when it slides, not moving smoothly in the sleeve. I even considered spraying it with WD40, to make it less "jerky". The springs do provide some resistence but I suspect an ordinary ball placed under the chin would accomish the same thing. Regardless of where I position it, the device does not fit well between my chin and my chest. It feels too long and the angle of my head tilts uncomfortably slightly backward causing neck pain. My neck hurts when I use it ... not in the front where expected from muscle contractions where I was hoping to firm, but in the back spine area. My head feels dizzy and a little odd after using it. (I do sometimes hear grinding sounds in my neck so probably do have arthritis in my neck.) At a minimum, maybe this cheaply made item should not be used by someone with neck issues of any kind and should have a disclaimer. I'm guessing it has never been clinucally tested for medical contraindications. The instructions are pitiful. They are typed in about a size 4 font. Even with a magnifier they are almost impossible to read. I would not buy it again and cannot recommend it to someone else.

Honestly, this product was not what I expected. Although the idea of a neck exerciser and massager sounds practical, in reality it is somewhat difficult to use. The design is not very intuitive and it takes effort to figure out how to position it correctly. I wouldn’t say it’s completely useless, but it definitely requires more patience and effort than I imagined. For me, it didn’t meet the expectations of comfort and ease of use that I was looking for.

I had such a hard time understanding this. This looks so old and also have rust in it. It looks like it is from medieval times but it does work. The design is awful though. If you want to see which spring goes where and how to use it just watch a YouTube video

I needed to get my turkey neck back into some shape and this is beginning to help. It’s easy to get tech neck, harder to get it back into shape.

I got a cool sculpting treatment in 2019 (didn’t work either) and thought this would help give me a thinner look under chin. Also used with an under chin wrap. Wasted money. Didn’t do a thing for me.

I think this little gadget is a must have. I've had my original one for about 8 yrs and it definitely keeps the jawline firm. So FIVE Stars for that. BUT I just bought a new one thinking that one day it might not be available and mine might wear out. The newer model is harder to put together, and a bit cheaper quality but once you get the two halves lined up and fitted together it works just as well as the earlier one. And you only take it apart if you want to change the spring strength. Follow the use instructions carefully for best result. You've got to have a slight smile when you open your jaw. Easy exercise. I use the strongest spring and do 40 slow reps every morning, It only takes a minute.

I received the item with next day delivery and when I opened the box it had clearly been used before. The silicone pads on the top and bottom were covered in dirty and crumbs. The face shapper was not even in it's packaging. Do not buy this item you'll only have to return it like I did.

Definitely used. Writing was worn off and the pad was dirty. Is un good enough shape to use but probably still wouldn't recommend

Its not new. Looks like old and it already used. Disappointed.
