Spicier than expected
I do an annual seafood boil and usually use Old Bay. Tried this out last year and it was awesome. Fortunately, I tasted it before I added the recommended amount. It was spicy enough with half of what I was going to use (granted, I use a lot of other stuff in my broth). I assume if this is all you use, the recommended amount would be perfect.

This stuff is amazing. I use it for my oven baked crab oil. It adds a lot of flavor. A little bit goes a long way only by if you like it spicy, this is spicy.
