Tasty, Tea!
I love this tea, it smells so good and makes a pretty pink/purple color in my cup The tea has a very relaxing effect, and I have very vivid dreams that I remember (remembering dreams was a problem for me) since I started taking it. For that alone, I love the tea, but the flavor is really good too. The combination of herbs makes an earthy fresh taste and it does not have a medicine or bitter flavor like other sleep teas I have tried before. This is a great tea for those who need more than the typical sleepy time tea. Another bonus is that a little goes a long way!

10 outta 10!! The best Chakra tea I've ever had!!
Everything was perfect about this tea. The aroma is beautiful, the herbs are fresh, and well blended carefully together. I have horrible insomnia to where I'm up for days and just get get to sleep. This helped me get to sleep and woke up refreshed each time I've tried it. I never remember my dreams. Even though I'm told I yell, scream, and grind my teeth so bad I get migraines. Basically I have night terrors that I don't know that I'm having. I haven't have one bad night of sleep since drinking this tea. I do let the loose tea sit for 5-8 mins strain it twice from my mug. But I do not put it in a tea infuser.

Chakra balancing
It was fresh and not dry I like the value for my money the blend was okay the size was nice very strong unfortunately. Didn't enjoy roses taste that's just my personal preference. a very beautiful blend but there's other things you can use it in like cleansing or candles or incent to balance your chakras

Tossed it after one use
I tossed it in the bin the next morning. I bought it hoping it would help my body relax. Instead it still took me hours to finally sleep and then when I did I had some disgusting dreams. I don't know if it was the teas fault but I am not going to try it again. Not for me. Maybe this reining charging is a real thing. If so it did bad things to my mind.

I'm in it for the flavor and variety of ingredients it has in one small package. Great Taste! I highly recommend it if you have not tried it.
