Burt's Bees Mama Body Oil with Vitamin E, 100% Natural Origin, 5 Fluid Ounces

Very moisturizing and smalles so good !! 🍋 non oily residue

Alright so I have really dry skin and I always had trouble keeping my face from flat out rotting out from dryness (TMI but sorry its important). My sister use to have one of these in her room and she would let me borrow it from time to time and it was amazing so I decided to buy one for myself. I will go over the pros and cons below: PROS: ~ Because it has this oil base when I put it on my skin it is so soothing! Idk, if this is recommended but sometimes I put the body oil in the fridge for a few minutes to make it cool and when I put it on it has this amazing feeling. ~ a few drops works a long ways: Every night I would put 3 drops in my hands and rub it around my face and it easily does the job of completely moisturizing my whole face. There are many times where I would wake up and my face would still feel moisturized from the day before. ~ the scent of this is amazing. It smells like a combo of lemonade and honey. ~Adding on to a few drops works a long ways. I have used 3 drops every night for about half a year now and Im barely 1/5 done with the small bottle. If you follow my routine this small bottle will easily last you over a year. CONS: ~ the packaging it came in was absolute wackness. Wrapping a thin layer of plastic around the bottle is not a good idea. ~ always keep the bottle upright. Due to the oil nature of the moisturizer it some how leaks a lot. There's really not that many cons about the product its pretty amazing. A 10/10 good buy.

Used to get this at Target, but they no longer carry this size. Now they only carry very small bottles of it or not at all. This was exactly what I was needing. For those who have not used Burt's Bees oil it has a nice smell, is NOT sticky, rubs in well, and leaves your skin soft. My wife used it on her stomach for all three of our children. May sound odd, but I like to use it on my beard in the winter to keep my beard and skin soft. I don't buy a lot of other oils, so I don't really know how it compares price wise. I do not that I have seen a lot of oils that cost a lot more. I also know that baby oil at Walmart is a lot less expensive. Either way, I have been pleased with it for many years.

I’ve used this product for both of my pregnancies and I love it! The lemon smell is soft and the oil soaks in fast. I havnt noticed any oil spots on my clothes either after use, which is great. For the price, I would consider it pretty reasonable in comparison to others I’ve used brands.

I love using body oils to moisturize my skin, especially when I don't have time to slather on and rub in lotion. I really like the Burt's Bees products so decided to give this a try. I do like the scent, it is a fresh lemony citrus. Because it is a stronger scent it can be your "perfume" for the day, you cannot mix it with another perfume or scent as it does not mix well. As I often prefer to top my oil with a scent I found this to be a bit of a downer. The oil combination is nice, it goes on well and does moisturize for the entire day. It is not over oily or super sticky. Because of the fact that it is a realtively small bottle for the price I also consider that a bit of a down side.

My absolute favorite oil ever!!! The smell is beautiful 😍 I cannot find it at any stores anymore 😔 and it's getting more and more expensive when I go and buy it online, not to mention, harder to find. I hope that doesn't mean it is on it's way to being discontinued. I've tried other lemon oils by other brands and they just don't hold up to this one. It's the best. I basically drench myself in it after I turn the water off after a shower and then pat towel dry and I smell amazing and my skin is so silky. It's a great base for my perfume too. 🙏🏼 Burt's bees, don't stop making this!!!!

I love burt's bees product line. I use quite a few of them always all natural no fake chemicals and always does what they claim. This particular product is basically almond oil with vitamin E and lemon included. If your dog has issues with ear mites this stuff will kill the little buggers (a few drops in the ear canal and wipe the inside of the ears-mites bite to feed on blood and they hate almond oil apparently) and relieve the itch (always ask the vet of course but it works great on my dog). It's also great for itchy skin. I struggle with dry itchy skin on my lower legs and this relieves the problem better than anything else I've tried so far. This stuff is stupid expensive if you just go someplace for one bottle. Amazon has the best price I've found yet, it used to be much more reasonable but like everything else it's about double what I used to pay about a year ago. This is good stuff be sure to read up on almond oil it's got many uses and has the advantage of being non toxic.

I have recently come across the benefits of using a body oil post-shower. I'm 6 months postpartum and during pregnancy, like many women I had a concern about stretch marks. I did use a fragrance free almond oil every so often during pregnancy. But it is after pregnancy that I realized my body needs a moisturizing and nourishing body oil to recover from dryness. I researched A LOT! to invest in a good body oil. Since, there is a wide variety of body oils in the market, I couldn't decide on a single product. Ofcourse during my research when I finally decided to look for an affordable body oil, Burt Bees came up a lot. Burt Bees is one of my favorite brands when it comes to be being as natural a product as possible. I have been using their lipbalms, lip tints etc for years now. So purely on the basis of trust in the brand I decided to purchase this body oil. I applied this on right after shower and must say smells pleasant love it! It feels oily for sometime after application but is absorbed and doesn't feel greasy later. The texture is not watery or runny so it's slightly a task to spread it all over. Given it's an oil I would guess the texture is on the thick and greasy side - that's fine by me as it gets absorbed and light later during the day. I will update my review again after seeing long term benefits on my skin. For now, I'm using it to improve elasticity of my skin, dryness etc. So far so good!

This oil is life save. The itchiness has reduced and love the way it smells. Must for all mom to bes.

I started using this amazing Nourishing Oil when I was 19 weeks pregnant. I'm on my 38th week now and no stretchmark at all!! My mom had stretchmarks and although they say it's on your genes, I'm very happy I don't have it yet. It smells really great, not too strong for a sensitive nose of pregnant lady. Because I apply this oil more often on my belly than on other body parts, I actually noticed that during my pregnancy, my belly has the best looking skin compared to my legs, arms etc. On my 2nd bottle now and will definitely continue using it!

Burt's Bees Mama Bee - Body Oil mit Vitamin E ist ein absolut empfehlenswertes Produkt. Ich habe mich bisher mit Pflegeölen sehr schwer getan und mochte sie einfach nicht. Sie klebten und hinterließen ein unangenehmes Gefühl...... Aber nicht so mit Burt's Bees Mama Bee - Body Oil mit Vitamin E. Es ist angenehm leicht zu verteilen, zieht gut ein und hinterlässt ein angenehmes Hautgefühl, nichts klebt und das beste ist der wunderbare zitronige Duft. Ich könnte den ganzen Tag meine Nase da hinein stecken. Es erinnert an Sommer und kühle Softdrinks mit Zitrone. Einfach zum Verlieben. Ich kann dieses Produkt wärmestens Weiterempfehlen und werde es weiterhin nutzen. Die normale Body Lotion müssen jetzt die anderen Familienmitglieder aufbrauchen ;-) Eines muss noch erwähnt werden, es pflegt die Haut wunderbar und ich bin überzeugt, dass meine hässliche Knienarbe schon ein bisschen besser aussieht als vorher. Ich bin überzeugt, es hat sich mit der Verwendung von Burt's Bees Mama Bee verbessert. Daher sicher auch "Mama" Bee ;-) kann mir sehr gut vorstellen, dass es auch hervorragend bei Schwangerschaftsnarben und zur Vorbeugung von Schwangerschaftsnarben hilft. Einfach TOP!!! Kann man beruhigt kaufen, Der Preis ist für ein gutes Körperöl meines Erachtens im Rahmen. Man kauft es ja nicht jede Woche, da es sehr ergiebig ist.

Amazing product, it is just a pity that we are paying double of the price just because is coming from the US now with the current situation.
