I cannot say enough great things about the Arm & Hammer Tartar Control Dental Spray for Dogs. I’ve been using this product on my dog, Maggie, for several years, and it has become a non-negotiable part of her nightly routine. She’s now 6 years old, and thanks to this spray, she has never needed a professional veterinary dental cleaning — which speaks volumes about how effective it truly is. I brush Maggie’s teeth once a week, but every other night I simply spray this directly onto her teeth and gums, and the results have been outstanding. Her breath stays fresh, her tartar is minimal, and her teeth look clean and healthy without the struggle of daily brushing. The mint flavor is pleasant and she doesn’t mind it at all — which is a major win if you’ve ever tried brushing the teeth of a dog who isn’t a fan! The bottle lasts longer than expected, the spray nozzle distributes evenly, and the formula doesn’t leave a sticky residue. I’ve also noticed that her gums stay pink and healthy, and she happily lets me use it because she associates it with her bedtime routine (and maybe the attention she gets with it). So far so good. It’s only been a week and I’ve been using the spray daily. I have a very strong willed dog so when he doesn’t want to do something he makes it such a hassle and brushing his teeth is one of those things. I use the arm and hammer toothpaste as well but it was only mildly effective. After using this spray and the toothpaste together I’m already seeing some of his teeth look cleaner so to me that’s a good sign. My dog's only complaint is the sound of the spray spooking him but everything else is great.

I use a lot of the Arm & Hammer dental products for my dog - one being the toothpaste and the other being this dental spray. It's a great product and it does what it advertises which is controlling tartar. Arm & Hammer also advertises that it freshens up bad breath, but I didn't find it to really do that which is why I use their toothpaste to do just that. I do feed my dog mainly wet food though so that might be why the spray isn't too effective. Otherwise, this is a great product from Arm & Hammer as it helps keep my dog's teeth clean especially when used with their other dental products.

I’ve tried so much for my senior chihuahua’s teeth and this is the only thing (other than a dental with the vet) that works. Even works on plaque that’s already there.

- my dog hates it - doesn’t solve bad breath - doesn’t solve tooth decay Nutri-vet I had before that is an enzyme remover of plaque and bad breath (I found it again and it works 10x better than this product). This really does not work. It is better than “nothing” but has MUCH room to improve. My dog has bad breath complaints before and after using. It lowers her bad breath just a tad but I’m the only one noticing. Does nothing to actually clean teeth.

Been using this for my yorkies for awhile and I think I have definitely seen some change in my dogs teeth. I also brush every week as well . They love the taste . No running away or under the bed. It must be used a a regular routine to work. She is almost 7 and I have used it for 5 months. Look better.

My older dog has a lot of plaque and I noticed an improvement just after a few uses

Reallllly works!!!! Our poodle had the worst breath imaginable, gum infection, bad breath gone in 3 days, gum infection cleared after 1 week, they're not red anymore, sprayed twice daily, 2-3 sprays on each side of teeth, 1 at the front. Our corgi's teeth were discolouring but starting to clear up and whitening too. Couldn't recommend more to all the pet parents! Just need to be consistent and use daily! 🙏🙏🙏 Thank you for making such an amazing product! Life changing! ❤️❤️❤️

This is the most effective spray I've tried so far. My 16 year old dog's bad breath was gone within 2 weeks!
