Perfect for the laminate works alot better than others.

Not bad for small jobs.
I've installed a couple of 3' X 4' pieces of Formica with it. It does the job. It might get a bit tedious on larger installations. It felt light-weight. I was a bit concerned that the aluminum handle might fail. It didn't.

Arrived Filthy! Black marks and some sort of slimy substance all over. Disgusting.
