Everlast Speed Bag 9X6 (4241)

Good little brother to the 7x10 by Everlast. Requires a little more precise hit,to be expected. Rebounds very nicely,will go as fast as you can with less effort. If you want to sweat,just hit it faster and longer. 5lbs. is good air pressure for this one,6lbs. makes it to hard on the hands,especially if you're not wearing hand protection,and if you're not,keep your hands moving because the rebounding bag will skin your knuckles if you don't get them out of the way. This bag is comfortable enough to hit bare handed. I won't even say that this bag is very good for the money,this bag is good at any price,it just happens to be reasonably priced. All bags lose a little air over time,don't let that be an issue for you,it's no big deal. I have many bags from different manufacturers and they all need attention once in a while. This is a good bag,makes you feel like a pro. Keep the rythum. OBB.

I really loved the speedball, My first one died after 5 years- the leather split. Then this one, unfortunately had a hole in the bladder. I couldn't find a way to patch it so I had to send it back. The return was easy. I now have a new speed ball bag, just like this one and it works really well. Everlast products are great. most all of my boxing items are Everlast. I don't give them fault for one bum bag. I would purchase another one in a second.

THIS BAG IS PRETTY FAST , FASTER AND A HAIR SMALLER THAN MY LAST BAG SO IT WAS A PERFECT STEP UP. I USE IT DAILY IN MY WORKOUTS ALONG WITH 2 OTHER BAGS AND THE STICHING ON THIS BAG IS MADE TO LAST, ITS ALL BLACK AND GOOD LOOKING. ITS AS GOOD AS I THOUGHT IT WOULD BE. HOWEVER; I ALSO ORDERED A CRAZY BALL AT THE SAME TIME THAT I NEVER REED, AT THE TIME THEY SHOWED 3 IN STOCK AND 3 OR 4 DAYS LATER THEY EMAILED ME SAYING SORRY THEY WERE OUT OF STOCK AND TRIED TO REPLACE IT WITH A RED AND WHITE BAG, I TOLD THEM NO AND THAT I NEEDED IT TO BE ALL BLACK AND THEY HAD OTHER BLACK ONES. FINNALLY THEY SAID THEY REFUNDED MY MONEY AND ALREADY AND THEY WOULD STILL SEND ME THE RED AND WHITE BAG......I REPLYED AND SAID NO THANKS I NEEDED IT TO BE ALL BLACK. HAVENT HEARD FROM THEM AND NO BAG AND HAVENT SEEN MY REFUND ON MY CARD YET. CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS BEEN GREAT IN THE PAST BUT THIS TIME THEY FAILED!

First day I purchased the speed Bag I wanted to test out the quality and response. Here you will see me beating the speed bag to you can see the response and accuracy. It is genuine leather and the bag can Take a beating. Leave me a response of you have questions. It's a smaller speed bag, which i preferred. It requires you to be faster at hitting the bag. It did not develop any lumps and the bags stays relatively accurate in the response of the direction on hitting the bag. If your a beginner, it may take awhile for you to hit the bag as fast as I am in the video, which is not the fastest I can hit it. But saying, this is a smaller bag so it requires you to be pretty quick. Note: air needs to be added right before use each time, but to be fair I do beat on it pretty good. Get one, this is great quality, and the video shows me Beating on the bag, months later, its still in great condition, no rips, tears or lumps, unlike the canvas bag i had.

I am so impressed with this bag. For the last 5 or 6 years I had another bag I bought from Amazon.com .... both are the9" bag and the last one said it was gyro balanced and when I got it I was disappointed it was kind of slow so I just chalked off to me being older but still using a heavy bag and a speed bag for hand to eye coordination. It's good for the arms and hands as one ages. Then a week or so ago I damaged the re-fill valve on the other bag and had to order a new one. I decided on this Everlast bag (medium which means it is a 9" bag and was grudgingly putting it up (for screwing up the other bag with the refill needle) and then when I hit it the ball went three times in the time the other ball would go one. Wow, maybe I'm not getting so old after all. lol It's a shame I went 5 or 6 years hitting a dud. The Everlast is "fun" again. Obviously the designers have their heads on and figured out the perfect length, thickness of leather and bladder. Hats off to them and the fun they can give people who just want to keep a better reflex and tone. Have a wonderful day Everlast.

Really not impressed with this speed bag. Had another Everlast bag that wasn't leather and after a month the bladder popped. I had really liked everything about that bag besides the durability and I purchased this bag hoping it would be stronger and not pop as easy. It seems like it will hold up better being leather but the the issue I have with the bag is it is not balanced at all. every panel is a different size, the sewing is incredibly inconsistent, and it doesn't hang straight. When I hit the bag it has a decent feel the first hit and the speed seems to be very good, but whenever the bag hits the stand it bounces weird due to how ridiculously lopsided it is. This makes it super hard to get in a good rhythm with this bag because you never know how its gonna bounce. This will definitely be the last Everlast speed bag I purchase.

This Everlast speed bag is of excellent quality. It arrived well packaged and was a breeze to inflate and install. The leather is soft allowing you to punch the speed bag with bare fists without it hurting at all. I've had it for two months now and use it regularly (along with its smaller version which I purchased a couple days later). Again, might seem costly at first - but well worth the price.

Good quality. After couple of months still no wear or tear. Use it 2-3 days a week. 30min each time. Recommend it for little more experienced users. Medium fast bounce.
