I am not sure. They do fit the 6000i Brother machine

Yes they do..the feet are placed exactly as shown on the paper in the case, so I make sure to put them back in the same spot. The case is nice along with strong foam for the feet to stay securely in place.

No, the walking foot is Not include.

will this work on a Kenmore 385.16524000?

It will if it's a low shank machine. I'm not familiar with this machine, however.
