Works great for my use
Works great to piggyback the TV audio jack to my stereo and a hearing aid Mic. The TV volume is now separate from the TV which can be muted so no one else will be affected. The volume can be regulated through my Jabra hearing aides, hearing aids accessory remote ,or the compatible hearing accessory Resound Mulli Mic volume buttons

Customer Product Review:This cable is exactly what I needed and could only be purchased on the internet. The shipment came in a few days and the product meets all my expectations. It is quality made and can be used for a number of different applications. I am using it to connect my Phonak Hearing Aid TV Connector and surround sound stereo to my TV audio out jacks. I am now able to have surround sound through my entertainment system and stream my TV to my hearing aids using blue tooth technology. What a difference this makes being able to hear all the dialogue on TV. This cable will also allow you to connect to any device that does not have a headphone jack and does not turn off the speakers like it would plugging into the headphone jack. So far this is a great cable and I would recommend it to a buyer looking to create this type of application.

Works perfect for my application. I used this cable to connect a Google Chromecast Audio dongle to my single source RCA input for my whole home distributed audio system. I now have the ability to stream audio in addition to my other (primary) source output to my single source input. Thank you!

Absolute garbage and not item pictured

Cable works, but use at your own risk!
This cable is I think intended to combine outputs. Unfortunately, I used this cable to combine inputs. I didn't know at the time, but combining 2 or more outputs into a single input this way is a huge no no. To do this properly you need a mixer. I didn't have a mixer, and ended up damaging my amplifier from this janky setup. In short, wye or piggyback cables are just a bad idea... because they are too easy to use incorrectly if you don't know any better. Do yourself a favor, protect your equipment and use a proper splitter or mixer instead of using unregulated cables like these.
