I bought this to try to recreate the blooming onion from Texas Roadhouse. It was close, but still good. The sauce that it comes with is really good. And the mix is pretty solid as well. The sharpness of the cutter is good enough to cut your onion without having to press down too hard. Its easy to use, you just want to make sure not to press down all the way and fully cut the onion through and through. Leaving the last little bit on the bottom is what allows it to do the blooming flower aesthetic. All in all its a good size and value for your money.

My sister originally saw this in a grocery store around Christmas and wanted to buy it as a gift; however when we returned the next day, they were sold out. Luckily, Amazon pulled through again! She loves the product and says it works well; however she did say that the dressing that it came with was gross, so maybe skip that part!

I love the onion cutter. Easy to use. It won't cut big onions, but no problem. The batter I have not perfected it yet. I recommend the cutter if you like onion blooms.

Batter mix is Horrible - use your own recipe. Onion cutter is a waste of money as well. Sauce - horrible, make your own.

The product was okay. I tried to do a onion and it wouldn’t cook all the way. I had to through it away.
