Amol is already proved to be effective by many of my friends and me myself. Everytime I have a sore throat, cold, upset stomach or nausea-I take a few drops of it with a little bit of water or without it. And it always helps. Its quite strong concentrate. So one bottle lasts a while. To buy in bigger bottle is cheaper.
