Interesting, chock full of hack ideas for your self development.
The book is a great real chock full of useful ideas for improving a manโs life including work out routines, diet ideas, and even ideas on improving sex life. Worth a read for any biological male.

Since the book was published in 2008 I have bought at least 20 copies, probably more. It is almost 600 pages on physiology like you have never read. From how to lose 30 pounds of fat in 30 days (the women in my dentist office did it), or how to gain 30 pounds of muscle in 30 days (I gained 17 pounds of muscle in 30 days), or how to have the best sex you've ever had et al. I have my original copy, the others I have given to other people through years. You don't just sit and read it, you use it as a reference book. Buy it, you'll love it!

Great Book.
This book gives you a different prospective on weight loss and diet. Month in and I feel great and down 5 LBS.

Mixed results with this, your mileage may vary
I really wanted this to work for me. Who doesn't want to work out less and be in better shape? Alas, after 2 weeks on this diet and exercise plan I gained almost 10 pounds. I did lose about 6". Now that I've added back in my Tae Bo (DVDs available on Amazon) as well as the Providence Kettlebell workout with Anthony Diluglio (also available on Amazon) I immediately started to drop the weight I had just gained from Tim's exercise program. I guess my body just wants/needs good, hard cardio workouts. I like the slow-carb diet a lot with some caveats: I can't drink 1-2 glasses of red wine a day without feeling terrible. I also have allergic reactions to Yerba Mate, unfortunately. Also, I get very bloatedted if I have up to 16 oz. of diet soda a day (Tim says he's a total Diet Coke w*ore." So, I think if you skip these items, as I do, and focus on eating legumes and veggies at every meal you will have some nice results. Once I added back in my cardio, stopped with the wine, Yerba Mate and Diet Coke I lost about 5 lbs. in a week. I'm also lifting weights more regularly to build even more lean body mass. I'm curious to see the results of my next DexaFit scan in about 3 months. It is very sobering to get a scan done. I thought this was one of Tim's better recommendations. I would buy this book again, but recommend that you take the parts that work for you and skip the rest. Good luck!

More like a reference book - The 4 Hour Body
I heard the Tim Ferris 4 hour body book on Audible. Liked it quite a bit but wanted to explore implementing the strategies Tim has described. The attached PDF with the Audible version is no match to the book. I am happy I picked up a copy. Been working on the diet - awaiting results over 2 weeks now. happy about no loss in energy at the moment.
