I'm confused! the description and detailed pictures and dimensions are the super pop up pirate. is this actually the smaller pop up pirate?

This is NOT the super pop up pirate. I have that one at school and it's much bigger and the pirate pops up like 3 feet in the air. The kids love it. This is lame by comparison

how long did it take to arrive?

Good Afternoon,Thank you for your email. I can confirm that inside the UK orders take around 3 to 5 working days to arrive. Outside the UK they take around 7 to 10 working days to arrive.I hope this helps and please let me know if you have any further enquiries.Kind RegardsAmy

I am thinking of getting this as my family game. How big is the item and how's the quality of the item?

Its about 10 inches tall and 6 inches wide, have no issues with the game play, good durable plastic

is it always the same spot that makes the pirate fly or changes each time?

It says twist to randomize so those saying that it comes up in the same place each time, you may want to twist it after inserting pirate. That way you have some variety in your game.
