Good buy
My 5 year old son bought this and has been enjoying it very much. The quality is good for the money, but don't expect the suction cups to stick to anything (for me is was just about having a safe tip). Exactly as advertised and perfect for a child to play around the yard with.

What a joke!!
This isn’t even good for a child. I barely drew back on it, and it snapped. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Broke within a few hours of gentle play
Screws holding arms to central handle fell out. Hole bored into handle way to large to securely anchor the arm.
