I was shocked to see real liposomal multivitamin capsules at this price. Ever since i heard about liposomal vitamins. I've wanted to try them but never through i would be able to. The difference between these and other vitamins is night and day.

I got these originally for my daughter to take as she has been in need of a multiple vitamin for a while. Let's take a look. WHAT IS THIS LIKE? This multi vitamin comes in a gel cap with powder inside. It is average size and not hard to swallow. There is no marked odor about them that would make you not want to take them. The ingredients seem to be pretty good without unnecessary additives or sub par ingredients. WHERE ARE THESE MADE? The bottle says that these are made in the US. HOW MANY DID SHE TAKE? The dose taken was 1 a day. WERE THERE PROBLEMS FROM BURPING BACK OR STOMACH UPSET? There were no problems for my daughter or myself in taking one of these as long as it was with a meal. DID THEY MAKE A DIFFERENCE? For me, I did not see a difference, but I already take supplements. For her, she did not see a huge difference but she said that they did help her feel a bit more balanced- whatever that means. THE BOTTOM LINE Although these are a decent multiple, they seemed to help with keeping balanace, did not give any problems, and are not hard to swallow. MY RATING FOUR STARS. I think for what you get, this price is a bit high, but they do seem to help a bit, and are not bad.

Honestly I didn't feel any difference with this multivitamin compared to my usual multivitamin. I was really excited about the liposomal delivery method, but I didn't feel any difference. My usual Multivitamin I do get a boost of energy from, but not this one.
