Great marmalade
Compared to other Yuzu marmalades itโs a little pricier. But you will not be disappointed. You get what you pay for. Iโve purchased Yuzu marmalades made in another Asian country and they were terrible- The syrup was thick with sugar/honey and gritty. Too cloyingly sweet. This jar did not disappoint. Even the slices of Yuzu had a whiff of bitterness which the real thing has. BTW you can also make a drink with this marmalade. Take a spoonful or two in a glass, add ice/cold water, a squeeze of lemon/lime juice, and fill with water. It makes a refreshing drink. The amount of marmalade and lemon juice are โto taste โ. You can also do the same with hot water with or without the squeeze of lemon. Itโs great for sore throat, incipient cold, or just a warming drink. Hope you enjoy.

Unique, Tasty, Well Priced
My wife and I try different toppings for our toast, bagels, and English muffins. We've had a few jars of this marmalade and it never ceases to impress. I have never been able to find this in the grocery store, only on Amazon. It's unique taste make it a winner in our household. I recently tried some other flavors from other companies that were gifted to us, and although tasty, this is most impressive and unique. I would recommend it as we have found no marmalade as unique and tasty. It is also the perfect consistency....not to thin and easy to spread.

Great marmalade. Good consistency and not too sweet. Great flavor!
This marmalade is delicious! I was looking for one that is not too thick and not too thin. Also one that isn't overly sweet. This hit all the checkboxes. Its definitely in my top 3 brands so far! Very tangy with a tangerine splash. Give it a try, I recommend.

Oh, it's good!
Yuzu is the king of citrus. Lemons, oranges, even limes bend the knee. Go to Japan. Eat yuzu things. Then come back to America and try to get the stuff -- it's nowhere. We're not growing them. Why aren't we growing them? Maybe yuzu doesn't like our eye-contact, and friendly greetings to strangers? Is yuzu too shy for America? Even though it has the divine right of kings? Marmalade is the queen of bread condiments. Butter, jam, and even curd show deference. I've never been to the Britons, but I hear they've got the hookup. Yuzu + Marmalade = An aristocracy I can get behind. This blend isn't too sweet, especially when you get a nice line of peel in your mouth. A little lemony, a little orangey -- complex and balanced. I found I don't care for it on pb&j -- it's just too special, but on a slice of fresh wheat toast? Divine. Yeah, it's a little spendy, but you're getting what you pay for here. The king and the queen, together at the ball.

Love the honey mix from Japan
Delicious in plain greek yogurt and well worth the money. Only downside is there is sugar mixed in with it not just Okinawan honey with the fruit
