Does it ever snap and break with too much pressure?

In 12 years of professional dance experience, nearly 1000+ dancers, I have never seen a theraband snap or break. Some can get over stretched at time, if too much off-center tension is pulled and it becomes distressed. That is the worse I have seen.

Hi, is there an instructional booklet/poster included?

Hi! there are some pictures of some demonstrations and there is a little booklet that explains about it and many things like that and that it will never break because of the seal, but if it does that you like send it back and you will get a new one. It doesn't come with a poster, which I wished it came with but the pictures on a little picture card they give you like I was explaining before. But I am a dancer and I use this for my stretches and for my flexibility stretches. This works great and this is the best buy I've ever bought on Amazon. This is also very less expensive than going on the website that makes them, their like 60-100 dollars and I needed it and this was cheap, easy to find, and it works great. Hoped I could help! :)

im so confused!!! how do i get the band to go all rhe way into the middle splits?!?! its not long enough!

No problem, its easy - - There are instructional streaming videos that will show you how to do that, and much more, on the SuperiorStretch web site. Not sure how tall you are but the model in the pictures and on the videos is 5'-7".
