Easy to lay down not attached to floor until it expands room heat. But a great investment.

Really could material to level out and add as a soundproofing when required.

I bought these for under-tile insulation with under-floor heating on the mistaken belief that the description was correct. When opened, the pack itself says that it is suitable for laminates and carpets - no mention of tiles. I thought I would give it a go anyway since the seller answered a Q that it could be tiled on and tiled an experimental area. I am very glad I did as these foam slices do nothing to provide adhesion for the tiles to the underlying floor - after a week of fairly heavy traffic one tile had already worked loose and the remaining tiles were easily pulled up by my daughter. Since 4 of the foam tiles were used in my experiment, I doubt the seller will take the pack back but will give this a try. I should have gone with my gut feeling and pushed back with the seller that the label itself mentions only laminate and carpet insulation.

We ended up having to send back due to our builder. Really easy returns so I wanted to come on and give 5stars. Product looked good before I sent it back
