I can walk again !
I have CMT and sever foot drop. These braces allow flexibility to drive. They are light weight and give me the stability I need. I have worn these for over 5 years. They last 2-3 years but the straps only last weeks before the velcro wears out. Here is what I do. Buy extra sets of straps and take them to a local brace/specialty shoe shop. They can sew in better velcro and I now get 6-8 moths out of the straps. It is true these only work in some shoes. P.W Minor for dress shoes, Ecco Biom for casual and Icebug for boots all work well for me.
