Can this safe be opened by using an earth magnet?

The rare earth magnet breach, as seen on YouTube, only applied to one style of electronic fire safes. Since this video aired, we have offered to send each owner a redesigned replacement part to defend against this breach. We have also redesigned the safe during production, with these new redesigned parts. Regarding combination dial lock safes, this is an entirely different design with parts that are all mechanical, and cannot be breached with magnets. Thank you.

What are the dimensions of the safe on the inside?

13.8in high x 12.6in wide x 11.9in deep - according to the Sentry web site.

Can i buy an extra shelf for the sfw123es model?

what happens if batteries die? Are you toast?

There is an external battery tray just off to the right of the number pad. You can change the batteries using that. If power is the issue, that is how you can open the safe.
