EcolabPanTastic 12963 Concentrated Pot & Pan Detergent - 1 Gallon

It can be mixed without producing suds. It’s a very good product for the commercial kitchen.

This is NOT THE SAME FORMULA that I have used in the past. The previous product I was using was labeled "Monogram Clean Force Ready-To-Use Pot & Pan Detergent" by Ecolab. Purchased this detergent from Ecolab, after was told by Ecolab that the product is the same, but packaged as, "PanTastic." Won't be purchasing again. Fornula is not the same & does not meet my needs. Purchased 1gal jug @ $50.00+. The old formula was THE BEST. Will miss my old friend.

I received a sample of this product and was so surprised how great this product is. I put about one table spoon of product and fill my spray bottle about half way with hot water. I want to use it sparingly because I cannot find this wonderful product except on Amazon at a extremely high price. I clean everything in my kitchen with PanTastic it cuts grease like nothing I have ever used before. I was using 409 which is a good product. But I was concern about breathing in the fumes. With Pan Tastic no fumes which I absolutely love. I highly recommend this product. However, the price is way out of my range. This company makes a great product and should consider selling this product in smaller quantity so the average homemaker could afford it and make cleaning so much easier. I hope Ecolab reads this review and will consider selling Pan Tastic in smaller amounts.

We used this in the school kitchens back when I worked there it was amazing to use special when get that stuck on food. It also help to clean the dish washing area as well as made youy hands feel soft after every use. It would lift the dirt off the really hard areas and grease as well.
