screen protector doesn't cover my phone entirely
The screen protector didn't protect muy phone. There's a space in between the case and the glass screen protector. That little space cracked my actual screen. The screen protector doesn't fully cover my phone. I thought out wasn't a big deal but apparently that's important. Bought the galaxy s10e Friday ordered the screen protector on Amazon that day and it arrived Sunday. Comes with lifetime warranty and an alignment applicator which was great. Sticks well and I did get some bubbles after application but with a little elbow grease and using the microfiber cloth I pressed them out.

no notch and doesn't fully cover screen
As a couple of others have noted, the picture shows a notch in the protector for the phone's ear speaker but it doesn't have one. Without the notch you have to be careful lining up the protector to not cover the speaker. If you leave enough space for the speaker then some of the edge of the phone's glass is not covered by the protector. All in all its not worth what they charge. For what they charge there should be a notch in the top edge of the protector screen and the protector should cover the entire glass of the phone and not leave any part of it exposed. Sorry I wasted my money on this.

Straight edge
Dim screen guard is very well-built however is a straight edged for a Galaxy 10 SE however contacting Samsung white stool you cannot get a proper fit due to the fact that Samsung's screen guards are rounded at the edges I take some adjusting and some playing around however I would not recommended the product

Too Fragile
Used to protect the screen of a Samsung S10e. It does that, but cracks and chips very easily. Need my second warranty replacement since November. Would not recommend. Update: Encased only offers 1 warranty replacement, which makes e lower them to 1 star and a definitely not recommend.

bubble won't go away, chipped
There is a long bubble that I moved to the too edge but it will not go away!!! I followed all directions. Poor screen saver adhesive. I had such great hope for this product!Update: after 3 days there is a chip out of right side of screen protector! The phone was never dropped. i contacted seller about lifetime warranty, but they have not responded.

This product was a disappointment
This product did not meet my expectations. It is a sturdy glass cover but it must be too thick. My touch screen now is not as responsive as it was before this was installed. I followed the instructions that came with the product but had issues when I took off the cover positioning tool that they sent in the package. the plastic positioning frame pulled up the glass when I removed it and I could not get the air bubbles out after that. I did what was recommended in the instructions to get air bubbles out. I would not purchase this item again and wish I had not installed it. The touch response to the screen is now about 50% of what it was without a cover.

False advertising
Was NOT designed for S10e. DID NOT have opening in top right corner for front facing camera nor did it have slot at top center for microphone like the PICTURE of the glass shows on THE FRONT OF THE BOX. DO NOT BUY.

Works as advertised, but the glass fractured within a week of installation.
Likely because it's not tempered glass it fractured while in my pocket, twice. Once on either side near the USB-C port. It works as advertised and it's possible it protected my phone's organic gorilla glass from fracturing. But this has taught me that I need to exclusively by tempered glass protectors.

Waste of money.
This was a horrible product. Does not fit the screen properly and the bubbles won't work their way to the edges so the screen looks horrible. Also the camera part is NOT cut out. Very disappointed in this product.

Linty product
This product came with lint all over it. I have put many of these in and ordered this thinking it was better as I could have got 3 for this price. My new phone looks terrible. I would like a new one or a refund 519-275-7695

Quite good!
The protection and the assembling is very easy, but the touch gets desturbed sometimes. 4 out of 5

Cant put zero stars... Don't waste your money... id rather spend the 40$ at telus to have them put theirs on my phone. Will not buy again.

Junk do not waste your money.
Absolute junk! Bubbles won’t go away. Cut too big for the 10 E so none of the edges seal.
