A DEAD CLOCK IS DELEVARD,THE MACHINE OF THIS CLOCK IS NOT FUNTIONING/DEAD, COULD NOT RETURN IT SINCE THE RETURN WINDOW IS CLOSED ON 3RD OCT 24.HELPLESS.
