I'm pretty skeptical about "nootropics", but I like SmarterVitamin's caffeine+MCT supplement, so I thought I'd give these a try. I can't say they've revolutionized my life, but I do feel like my thinking has been a little clearer lately. Definitely no ill side effects, so I'd recommend them. But I'm no M.D., so take that with a grain of salt. You'll have to try em and see for yourself.

So, I don't know if I didn't give it enough time to work, but ever since I've tried it, i've been more tired than ever. I tested to see if it was or wasn't the capsules so I stopped taking it and I haven't been tired even though I only had about 6 hours of sleep today. I was more focused without it than taking it, so obviously I had to stop taking it. I saw good reviews from the others which is good, but unfortunately, it didn't work for me :(.

I think different supplements that help memory help different people. I had tried two different kinds of brain supplement, neither worked for me. The I saw these. After several months of taking just one.. I did as they recommended take 2. I like to try thing slowly. So 2 for several months. And noticed a change in my memory.
